1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with North Star Stickers, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the Customer) and North Star Stickers regarding the purchase of custom-manufactured goods.
2. Automated Proofing & AI Tools
Our website utilizes automated AI-based background removal and proofing systems.

Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing the digital proof generated by our AI tools. This includes checking for accurate background removal, border placement, and image cropping.

No Manual Review: To maintain our fast production speeds, we do not manually review, "clean up," or edit artwork after it is submitted. We print the exact file generated and approved during your checkout process.

Resolution: Our AI tools cannot enhance low-quality images. If the uploaded file is pixelated or low-resolution, the final printed product will reflect that quality.
3. Intellectual Property
By uploading artwork, logos, or images, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to said content or have obtained explicit legal permission to use it. North Star Stickers assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement arising from the content you provide. We reserve the right to cancel any order containing prohibited or infringing content.
4. Color Accuracy
Please be advised that colors appear differently on computer monitors (RGB) than they do when printed on physical vinyl (CMYK). While we use high-quality printing equipment, we cannot guarantee a 100% color match to your screen.
5. Return & Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)
Because all products are custom-made to your specific approval, all sales are final.

No Changes: Once an order is approved and submitted, it enters our automated production queue and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Exclusions: We do not offer refunds or reprints for customer errors, including typos, low-resolution uploads, or dissatisfaction with an approved AI-processed background removal.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by our craftsmanship. If there is a legitimate manufacturing defect or transit damage:

48-Hour Reporting Window: You must notify us of any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: You must provide clear photos of the stickers and the packaging.

Resolution: If the error is verified as a production fault (and differs from your approved proof), we will reprint and ship your order at no additional cost.
7. Limitation of Liability
North Star Stickers is not liable for any damages resulting from the application or removal of our stickers (including but not limited to damage to vehicle paint, laptops, or walls). Stickers are applied at the customer's own risk.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier. North Star Stickers is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
