Return & Refund Policy

At North Star Stickers, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. Because our stickers are manufactured specifically to your approved specifications, we maintain the following policy:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Once you have approved your design proof and the order has been placed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Design & Approval

By finalizing your order, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and approved the design, spelling, and colors.

  • You understand that production begins immediately, and changes cannot be made once the order is submitted.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during shipping or production.

  • Report Window: If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect that differs from your approved proof, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Process: Please email us at contact@northstarstickers.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • Resolution: If the error is verified as a production or shipping fault, we will gladly reprint and ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. North Star Stickers is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
