Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing North Star Stickers. We offer reliable shipping options through USPS and UPS to ensure your custom stickers arrive exactly when and where you need them.

1. Production vs. Transit Time

Please note that choosing an expedited shipping method (like UPS Next Day Air) does not speed up our production time.

  • Production Time: All orders are custom-made. After you approve your AI-generated proof, please allow [Insert Number, e.g., 2-4] business days for printing and quality checks before your order ships.

  • Transit Time: This begins once the carrier picks up your package. Transit times vary based on the carrier and service level you select at checkout.

2. Shipping Carriers & Options

At checkout, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred carrier:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service): * Best for residential deliveries and P.O. Boxes.

    • Options include Ground Advantage and Priority Mail.

  • UPS (United Parcel Service): * Recommended for time-sensitive business orders or high-value shipments.

    • Options include Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been printed and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated in real-time based on the weight of your order and your delivery zip code. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

North Star Stickers is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.

  • Incorrect Addresses: We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address if it was entered incorrectly by the customer.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please contact your local USPS or UPS office directly to open an inquiry.

6. Damaged Shipments & Insurance Claims

North Star Stickers is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, most shipments via USPS and UPS include standard shipping protection (typically up to $100).

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Reporting: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can document the issue.

  • Preserve Evidence: You must keep all original packaging and the damaged product. The carrier may require an inspection or physical evidence to honor a claim. Do not throw anything away until the claim is resolved.

  • The Claim Process: We will assist you in providing the necessary documentation (such as proof of value/invoices) to file a claim with USPS or UPS.

  • Replacements: We do not offer automatic free replacements for carrier damage. Once the carrier approves the claim and issues a reimbursement, those funds can be used toward a reprint of your order.
